Logia - Hie Hie no Mi / Chilly Chilly Fruit
The base of this power is ice. As a logia, Kuzan is able to form/create, effecting the surrounding areas with ice and turn his own body into ice. The main use of it as shown by Kuzan is for offensive, but it is able to be used for defensive and other purposes.
Haki
As a former Admiral, Kuzan is known to master both forms of Haki; the armament (busoshoku) haki and the observation (kenbunshoku) haki.
He had mastered both to the advanced level.
1. Armament haki
Kuzan is able to cover any thing he is in contact with with his armament haki. As he is on the advanced level, he is able to emit the haki a short distance without a medium, thus creating a transparent 'barrier-like' weapon.
2. Observation haki
Kuzan is able to detect the world around him through his haki. However, this ability is never explored to deeply, and it is unknown how advanced his observation haki is.
(As haki works similarly to chakra, chi and reiatsu, Kuzan can detect their presences).

Six Powers / Rokushiki
It is unknown if he's able to use any of the Rokushiki. But, due to several Vice Admirals being able to use it, it is suspected that Kuzan, as a former Admiral, should be able to use one or some of the powers.

Battle Prowess
As a former Admiral, Kuzan was one of the three greatest powerhouse the World Government has to offer. As one of the strongest marine, Kuzan has superhuman stamina (doesn't appear to be overly tired during the War of the Best, can battled Akainu - another Admiral for ten days). He also possess great speed and stealth-like attributes (as Doflamingo is unable to detect his presence before he announced it himself).
Furthermore, he is proficient with swordsmanship, seemingly has some knowledge in spearmanship and marksmanship.
Kuzan also possesses an extremely high physical abilities. He can jump some great distance in a single jump and riding a bicycle across the seas of Grand Line by himself. He also has an acute hearing, as he is able to hear the sounds underwater during the War of the Best.

Weakness
Although he appears to be extremely powerful, Kuzan has several known weaknesses. Those weaknesses are as follow:
1. Submerged in water
If Kuzan happens to be submerged at least half of his body underwater, he totally lost his strength (even most of his physical strength) and he will drown in deep waters as he is a devil fruit eater (they cannot swim). However, if Kuzan is able to freeze the water before, he is saved.
2. Sea Prism Stone (any form)
As long as he has physical contact with sea prism stone (handcuffs, bullets, or any kind made from these stones), he totally loses his strength the way he lost it when submerged. His logia powers are rendered inactive, giving the opponent to harm him physically.
3. Armament haki
Although logia bodies are able to evade physical harm, armament haki is able to bypass this property and hit the true body of the logia users. Armament haki are dangerous to Kuzan, especially if it is on a level that's above him.
(It is said that chakra, chi and reiatsu works similar to haki, as haki uses the spirit of its wielder.)
4. Elemental Weakness
Although he possesses a strong logia power, ice is still weak to heat. Therefore, elements like fire, magma and heat is able to top him over (shown by Ace's fire power is able to defeat his ice power). Strong vibrations is also able to destroy his ice (which is why he cannot freeze Whitebeard who ate the Gura-Gura fruit).
5. "Timing"
(Headcanon for RP) It is suspected that he needs time to go back to his logia body after using it once. For instance, if his logia body is destroyed, Kuzan will reform himself with his powers, and need approx. 5 seconds for him to turn into logia body again. That is the timing when his true physical body can be hit.
His weapon creation also takes time (in matters of seconds), and the weapons are easy to destroy in their incomplete forms.
To turn into his logia body, Kuzan needs to be conscious. If he's unconscious, he cannot turn into his logia form, leaving him open for any kinds of attack.
6. "Laziness"
Per his Justice motto, Kuzan is a lazy man. It means that he won't take unnecessary actions until proven otherwise. To have Kuzan taking the battle seriously, his opponent must prove him something and motivates him to unleash his potential.
Trivia
Kuzan is able to skate on his own ice. To do this, he needs to freeze the surface first.Hie Hie Fruit proves to be one of the advantageous devil fruits that is able to render the submerging weakness useless, as Kuzan can freeze it even if his logia body is destroyed and makes contact with the water (Paramount War vs. Whitebeard).It seems since Hie Hie Fruit makes his body cold, Kuzan is suspected to always feel sleepy because of this.

Basic Understanding
Kuzan is the 'ice', meaning he can stand even the coldest weathers, forms ice, turning everything surrounding him into ice even himself. He is able to manipulate the weather around by lowering the temperature into freezing point and freeze anything surrounding him.
If he activates his logia body, anyone who is in contact with him will have their parts of body frozen. Freezing also takes effect when a part of the body touches the land he froze (shown during Punk Hazard arc).
Kuzan's common fighting style is to freeze his opponent and shatter them into pieces. He rarely wills himself to move from his spot, unless he deems it necessary.
Note: It is rumored that during his battle against Akainu, he had awakened his devil fruit powers. It is also possible that he had awakened it prior to the decisive duel. In this RP, he has awakened it, but since Oda hasn't explored his awakening powers, the ones here are therefore are not his 'true awakening'. This will change in accordance with the canon Kuzan.

1. Ice Age
Ice Age is an ability that freezes a vast range of area in an instant. The effect lasts for around a week depending on the weather of the sea/land.
(Possible 'logia awakening' effect - Punk Hazard arc) Kuzan is shown being able to freeze everything in vicinity without his hands contacting the media.
2. Ice Block: Partisan
Kuzan forms several ice partisans by freezing the moisture of the air, shooting them at the target. The number of partisans summoned are according to his desire.
3. Ice Block: Pheasant Beak
Kuzan shoots an ice pheasant from his right hand. "Its size may vary".
If it hits the target, it will 'explode' and created a large 'ice flower' that traps the target.
4. Ice Block: Avalanche
Kuzan summons huge ice balls from the air which fall down to the earth.
5. Ice Pick
Kuzan shoots sharp ice needles akin to gatling gun.
6. Ice Saber
Kuzan creates an ice sword. It can be done with the help of items (such as grasses) or not. The saber can break after some amount of damage, but it can be enhanced with armament haki.
It is possible for him to wield two sabers at once.
7. Ice Time
Kuzan turns into his logia body and makes contact with the target, trapping and freezing them right to the bones. The frozen target is still alive in a comatose state, and can be freed if carefully thawed out of the ice. However, a single blow is able to shatter the frozen target into pieces, killing them in the process.
8. Ice Time Capsule
More likely the mobile, lite version of Ice Time. Kuzan shoots cold waves that chases the target. It freezes only a part of the target's body. If the frozen part is hit, it can shatter and thus the target lost that part of their body.
9. Ice Block: Icicle
Kuzan summons large, sharp icicles by freezing the moisture in air, dropping them down to stab and crush any targets.
10. "Blizzard"
Kuzan summons blizzard strong enough to throw normal humans into the air. It damages the target with its speed and power. It also has freezing properties, but at slower rate than Ice Time.
It is also possible for him to suddenly turn his weapon into Blizzard.
11. "Ice Block: Wall"
Kuzan summons a wall of ice that is thick enough to withstand an impact from medium explosive. On an overpowered level, it is as tall as a hill, and 3-5 meters thick.
12. Ice Nail (genderbend only)
Kuzan makes her nails longer and sharper with ice, strong enough to penetrate deep into the opponent's flesh and freeze them inside out.
13. "Cold Breath"
Kuzan blows cold air from his mouth, freezing the opponent. It takes time to fully freeze the opponent's body, and works the best in close-quarter combats.
14. "Absolute Zero"
Kuzan unleashes his full power, bringing down the temperature to absolute zero and freezes everything in range of his ability in an instant. He is able to create ice weapons in a blink of eye due to the extremely low temperature. The technique covers a wide area, approx. two square kilometers.
The state of Absolute Zero is extremely cold to the point that not even fire can survive and will die out.
For several reasons, he seldom uses it.
(It is possible this is not his true 'logia awakening'.)
15. "Ice Spike"
Kuzan creates ice spikes that emerges from the surface of his choosing in front of him or around him as he pleases.
16. Ice Ball
Kuzan shoots waves of snow towards the target, trapping the target in large hard ice ball.
17. "Ice Block : Javelin"
Kuzan creates a javelin, throwing it with his superhuman strength at his enemies. Enemies struck by the ice javelin will be instantly frozen from the inside.
18. "Ice Beam"
Kuzan shoots a spear-like ice shard from his hand. This can be chained with "Ice Block : Javelin".
21. "Hoarfrost"
Kuzan stomps the surface where he stands, large ice spikes spout from any desired spots of the available surface with each step.
20. "Ice Block: White Forest"
Kuzan touches the ground with his two hands, creating large ice spikes that emerge from the ground or frozen area in a very wide scale. An advanced, more destructive scale of "Hoarfrost".
21. "Rime"
Kuzan blows cold air from his hands, freezing a small portion of the ground around him and his opponents.
